Volunteers in Action
volunteered for a total of 60 hours repairing broken pipes and sprinkler heads on the Ronald McDonald House property. Despite the hot July weather, Tom was able to make all of the repairs by himself and now the entire sprinkler system is up and running smoothly.
Volunteers from Ernst & Young
participated in an Odd Job Work Party on July 17th. In just a few short hours these wonderful volunteers cleaned and repaired playground toys, removed cobwebs from all of the exterior fixtures, cleaned out ovens, planted new plants and much more.
, an intern from Rio Americanos High School, volunteered 80 hours as part of her internship here at the Ronald McDonald House. Lindsey helped out in many ways including filing, cleaning and organizing many of our storage closests. It was really great having an extra pair of hands to help with the many things that have to get done every day.

joined us for two to Odd Job Work Parties in recent weeks. Volunteers baked cookies, scrubbed toys, organized and cleaned out kitchen cupboards as well as our many high chairs. What a wonderful team effort!
Outdoor Work Party
volunteers continue to amaze us! Each month individuals come out on the second Saturday of the month to pull weeds, trim bushes, clean playground equipment and the like. July saw nearly 65 volunteers sprucing up the House grounds!
