- Repair experts that can be called in for problems as needed for: carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.
- Donation of carpet cleaning on a regular basis.
- Donation of upholstery cleaning on a regular basis.
- Replace carpeting in all buildings
- Re-surface parking area
- Replace connecting door in the bedrooms with a wall. This needs to be done for 302-303, 402-402, 306-307 and 406-407. The original intention was to use these rooms to expand for larger families. Since we are full we almost never get to use them in the way they were intended. These doors create a noise problem between the two rooms.
