Between community partners and funds received from Global Ronald McDonald House Charities, Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern California facilitates a grant program for local children's charities.
GUIDELINES FOR GIVING
These guidelines will help your organization prepare a successful grant application. Please study them carefully, and be sure to include all requested information with your proposal. Due to the large number of requests received, the RMHCNC Grantsmaking Committee will not review incomplete proposals. Also, we unfortunately cannot fund all programs. Although your organization may send a completed application, it may be declined.
Keep in mind, these guidelines are just that - guidelines. Some of our most visionary projects might never have been funded had these guidelines been interpreted as rules. Our mission's success depends on finding and funding solution-driven programs that help children reach their fullest potential.
RMHCNC's mission is to help as many children as possible in our community by supporting the Sacramento Ronald McDonald House®, Camp Ronald McDonald® at Eagle Lake and other programs that help children reach their fullest potential. We provide grants to not-for-profit organizations whose programs provide services in three distinct areas:
- Civic and Social Services
- Education and the Arts
- Health Care and Medical Research
